My stay at this hotel was absolutely mind-blowing! The parking was conveniently available and the place was clean and acceptable for a short stay. The staff was super friendly and helpful. The breakfast was really good, with a variety of options, and the service was jaw-droppingly personal. The location was in a nice, quiet area, and the train/bus station was within a 10-minute walk. The free wi-fi in the rooms and the flat-screen TV were great perks. It was also awesome that pets were allowed and there was a no-smoking policy on site. this hotel provided a fantastic experience and I will definitely be returning when I come back to the area.

I chose Sure Hotel By Best Western because it was conveniently located near the landmark I wanted to visit. The hotel exceeded my expectations with its laundry facilities and 24-hour front desk. Starting each day with a warm good morning greeting and a delicious breakfast was a delightful way to begin my adventures in Ratingen.

The price was quite high, especially considering it was off-season. Additionally, the lack of parking and bar were minor inconveniences.

Honestly, there wasn't anything we didn't like about the room. But if we had to choose one thing, it would be the minibar.

We enjoyed our stay here. The key collection system was efficient, our room was spacious and the bed was comfortable. We appreciated the free drinks in the fridge upon our arrival. The staff was very friendly and provided good individual service.

This hotel is located in a strategic location, only 40 minutes away from Dusseldorf airport. the rooms are clean and equipped with modern facilities, with a recently refurbished bathroom. the staff is friendly and helpful, providing great service to guests. the breakfast is satisfactory, with a nice coffee and suggested restaurants nearby. Guests can enjoy free drinks in the room's fridge, which is a nice bonus.

One downside to keep in mind, however, is that during trade fair season, prices can become quite high.

The hotel had a great location, close to many shops and restaurants. the Christmas decorations were a nice touch and created a cozy atmosphere. the breakfast had a good variety of choices and the coffee was decent.
